Terms and booking policies.

Booking & deposit

Book on WhatsApp or through the booking form. A ₪200 deposit holds your date and is deducted from your total. The balance is paid at the end of the session.

Rescheduling & cancellation

• 72+ hours' notice: reschedule for free, or get a full deposit refund.
• 24–72 hours: the deposit becomes credit toward a new date within 60 days (once).
• Under 24 hours or a no-show: the deposit is kept.
• Security situations, illness or Home Front Command restrictions: reschedule for free, always.

Bundles and vouchers

The Reset Series is valid for 90 days, The Keep for 12 months, the Agent Pack for 6 months, and gift vouchers for 12 months. Unused sessions aren't refundable once the first session is done, but they can be transferred to a friend or family member.

Travel area

• No travel fee: Tel Aviv-Yafo (incl. Ramat Aviv, the Old North, Neve Tzedek, Florentin and Jaffa), Ramat Gan, Givatayim.
• ₪80 travel fee: Jerusalem, plus the surrounding areas: Bnei Brak, Holon, Bat Yam, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Petah Tikva, Mevaseret Zion and nearby.
• Elsewhere: ask. Paid parking is added at cost if there's no free parking nearby.

Referrals: Pass the Calm

Give ₪100, get ₪100: your friend gets ₪100 off their first session, and you get ₪100 credit toward your next one. Credits stack.

Products

Storage products aren't included. You get a shopping list. If you'd like us to shop for you, products are charged at cost against receipts, and shopping time is billed at ₪150/hr.

Privacy

We never photograph your home without written permission. Before/after photos are shared only with your consent, with no faces, addresses or identifying details.
